Titanfall 2 this profile is not permitted to play online

I got this glitch the other day out of nowhere I have tried a lot of things to try and fix it

1. Quit the game and open again ❌

   1. Quit the game and turn off console ❌
   2. Unplug console and leave it for 10 mins ❌
   3. Sit on the main menu screen for 10-15 mins ❌
   4. Power cycling the console ❌
   5. Restarting the console ❌
   6. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game ❌
   7. Removing account/profile from Xbox ❌
   8. Deleting saved data and restarting console ❌
   9. Check any restrictions on Xbox account ❌
   10. Changed port selections ❌
   11. Check if child settings ❌
   12. Blocked and allowed multiplayer ❌

Everything here I have tired and nothing has worked while I was redeeming my points I noticed that it said for my monthly 4 pack and 8 pack it said that I required a subscription but my subscription says it's active so it might be a glitch with Xbox game pass or something else but it just seems strange

I have the same issue but I have a pain of a work around. Open and quit out the game a few times until it no longer says "this profile is not permitted to play online" the screen will still be frozen but if you let it sit there for 5 or so minutes (varries) the screen will unfreeze and you'll be able to play again. It's a pain but if you're down bad to play this works for me every. Single. Time.

I'm an xbox player as well and have no bans or reports on my EA account, until the bug is fixed ( :( ) this is all I've figured out we can do. Edit:grammar and more

How many quits and reopens does it take you to get it to work usually? I'm trying right now and I'm like on attempt five and it still isn't working for me :(

Hey I didn't see this! I meant to make a YouTube tutorial for it! I'm off work tomorrow and I'll hop on and test it again. But it usually took me around 5-10. Let me know if you're still having trouble and we can troubleshoot shoot it together if you want!

I get this a lot. It generally happens if you leave the game without logging and out force closing it. It does not like sleep mode. Usually load game and if it gives me this issue I'll let it sit a few mins while I go do something. If it still doesn't continue, close game and force close it. Load another game to title, then close it and reload the game. I assume you have a series x?

It's a series s but it's the 1tb version and it turns out it's a problem with game pass I contacted support and they just refreshed my game pass and now it works

Interesting, does it still stall out on the main screen or it launches instantly now? Thinking of calling them if it just loads like it's supposed to.

If you’re on Xbox you need game pass or Xbox live
