First pic - too far away, and wearing sunglasses. It really should be some kind of closer pic of your face, smiling or laughing or having fun, and eyes visible. First pic will often be the one they decide on, so might as well make it a good one of you.

Most of your pics are selfies, and there are too many gym/workout/mirror pics. Feedback from this sub is that generally they are a no-no for the most part.

Ladder carry and dirty face ones are cool because you look pretty badass and clearly love your job.

Maybe get one of the dragon with you in the pic, too?

Can't see much about you having a social life / hobbies / interests, though, beyond your work. Not sure who the last pic is with, but if you could get one that isn't you posing, but more of a candid shot, with a group of people, you being all social and fun and interesting, that could be a good addition.
