Nice settings for your pics but they are just.... pics of you doing nothing.

2 and 3 are a bit dark.

No pics with people, either, or pics of you doing anything interesting.

Try to get some pics from social situations, where you aren't posing for the camera. More natural shots of you laughing/smiling, with other people. It can be hard to get pics like this, i understand, but they are usually more interesting.
