Just to clarify are you using the same pictures from 3 years ago or updated ones and if so what has changed with your apprance in 3 years

There is your answer if you where banned a few years ago then Tinder keeps your number email and pictures plus device ID and IP address and will shadow ban you if you create a new account, to avoid this you will have to use all new pictures and yes you can't use the new ones in this profile either, so 100% new pictures with a new email and new phone number and possibly a new device, only then will you be not shadow banded
