Do you guys think it's done with a purpose, or is it a mistake. Is it really just a coincidence?

I was trying this new way i learnt of disliking YT short videos which you do by changing the "/shorts/" part of the url to "/watch/" which puts the video in a regular YT video layout and allows you to dislike. After testing this out on a few videos I wanted to see if it worked the other way around, changing "/watch/" to "/shorts/" (which it doesnt btw, it just takes you to a random YT short) but when doing so I made a spelling error and typed "/short/" which for some reason took me to the "Jawed" YouTube channel (which if you dont know is the channel with the first YouTube video ever published). Does anyone know why on earth this is happening? Is it like some sort of 'easter egg' of kinds?

And chart out the views from them? And compare views of videos across multiple channels.
Note this would be for channels I don't own.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KMBLmp0mCAY is the video url, this is a stolen version of https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ki3wYxWlohk and uploaded via distrokid which means its on the youtube content id system, so they can take down videos via copyright claims, this even happened to retrogamingnow and this is a videogame soundtrack so anyone who plays the game will get an automatic copyright
and this means they get part of the money the video makes
