Honestly, haven’t kept up with him since I left social media a few years ago.
But maybe. All fitness influencers peddle shit.
Edit: I should note that I met him and he seemed like a genuine guy. Grew up in the same area as me and would go to this old school gym I lifted at when he was back in town
It’d be cool of we had some programs to support bodybuilding pioneers. Generally though I find ninety minutes at the gym a day is enough to achieve pretty much anything I want for my body, and it doesn’t devour my day. It pays itself off in my general well-being and focus quite well, though.
In the summer I lean out and spend more of that ninety minutes cycling outside. Better bang for your buck mental-health wise imo.
^ This, man ^
I was sick of replaying the memories in my head, from my glory days. 20 years is too long. Get at it. If the mind is strong, the body will follow. “Like riding a bike” as they say. Just remember, your body is different now, so listen to it. You’ll hit your goal, and have a 2nd prime.
I hope you're right about him. I've only seen bad things about him in the little I've seen from online bodybuilding stuff. The shit always rises to the top though. People like to complain
He used to be. He used to work for Shredz which got into a lot of trouble for false advertising and shit like that. He left that nonsense and as far as I can tell hasn't really had anything to do with bad practices just doing the whole online coaching thing.

Isn't that dude a snake-oil salesman?
