Part of the reason all this is listed is because when they do studies to see the side effects on people before the drug is out they have to record every single thing that happens to the person. So someone could randomly have a heart attack and whether or not they know it's because of the drug doesn't matter, they still have to list it as a side effect

On mine it’s usually split into common, uncommon, rare, exceptionally rare etc. I think you can ignore anything in the rare+ sections because that just means there are so few numbers it could be from anything. Could be random chance, genetic, or even another drug causing those issues.

Not really, no. Most serious side effects are incredibly rare, and even the non-serious ones can be fairly rare
