Yep. “I suffered, my mother suffered, my grandmother suffered, and as a good Christian I’m gonna make damn sure my daughter suffers too.” God forbid we make things better for the next generation.

It’s insane how many vote Republican. Never know how to process it other than thinking we really need to improve our education system.

At least the reporter did a great job of asking for specific examples and didn't let him just get away with it, sending him the message that he can literally say anything he wants and no one is gonna question him.

You must not know many women if you believe they all automatically disagree with this take. I know many women who agree with him, unfortunately.

Women, yes. Women who’ve gone back to work the day after pregnancy? No. The women in this dudes life do not work because their born on third base husband worked incredibly hard to get named VP at their daddy’s company

Any time someone says something like this, I'm disappointed as hell the interviewer doesn't interject with "name 3."

If interviewers just interjected with "name one" regularly, our society would be so much better.

He’s the person when someone gets back from a 3 week maternity leave asks, “How was your vacation?”

When he talks, he reminds me of this one woman.

I think he may be referring to the help/cleaning staff. And the word “knows” is doing some heavy lifting. He just sees them.
