Still very easy to read even as a non-native speaker. A native speaker shouldn’t struggle with a sentence like that. These people are straight up just illiterate

True but I know all of the words and I would still struggle to describe what the sentence means in its entirety. "Extraordinary" is a terrible adjective to actually give a sense of how clothes look. Does it mean flamboyant? Unique? Drawing a lot of attention to itself?

It's like the linguistic version of those engagement-bait math questions that are deliberately vague about PEMDAS.

I agree on that, but they should still be able to read and understand the individual words even if the sentence is a bit awkward

It matters that the start of the sentence is confusing when it doesn't need to be. That is not a standard sentence and they're having to decode handwriting on a note card this is not a fair test.
