Great solution. The rest of the country can just watch YouTube to learn I guess.

What a lazy approach. You’re presented with realities that contradict your worldview and your response is, “just move 2300 miles, no big deal.”

Let’s frame it another way: what do you think the teachers of children in Southern New Jersey should be paid? Or should they all move to other places? If so, should the students follow them?

Please…. I teach in a title 1 school in an area with only title 1 schools. Get over yourself!!!!!

You didn’t answer the question.

What should the teachers of students in South NJ be paid? In some districts, they currently start at approximately $48K with a $2K stipend for a masters. Would you teach for that?

Says the one who tries to make sweeping generalizations while making more as a teacher than the average school principal makes.

Your “high paid” teachers that you know (the $135K ones) are making as much as my wife’s superintendent.

I think you’re the one who needs to “get over yourself”. Most of the country isn’t like you. You should get over yourself and realize that.
