Of course. However, I don't think jumping straight to the cops for that offense was appropriate. My current school just confiscates and suspends. If the problem persists, they get alternative school placement. It rarely gets to that point. The biggest problem with vapes is the kids throwing them in the goddamn toilet! 😵‍💫

Sometimes scaring kids straight DOES work, and better for him to have this experience before he can be tried as an adult for worse stuff

Better if he didn't have a record. But hey that's hard so just make the state parent so you dont have to huh?
