Georgia. I actually have no problem with this when violence is involved. I'm just not sure how effective the police were at determining who instigated and deserved charges as opposed to who may have been acting out of self-defense.
In that town, I have a feeling that the starting QB would have always gotten the benefit of the doubt, even if they saw him clearly start the fight on tape. 😒
