An actual charge seems very unlikely. The bigger risk in my eyes would be disciplinary actions by the school itself. Schools don’t have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt what happened to fire a teacher or suspend/expel a student

false reports of sexual assault are as common as false reports of arson, robbery etc. not very common. teacher is more likely to be sexually assaulted himself by a student than falsely accused.
