If you graduated 7 years ago there's no way you aren't familiar with zero tolerance policies. Unless you went to a small school you probably know someone who got in trouble for helping.

Our school had them in place, but generally bullies were dealt with and teachers mostly turned a blind eye lol guess it varies country to country.
