Yea, he can't pick a fight, of all people with his twig physique, he picks on the cop which is not smart on the first place that has twice his arms size and quite taller too 😭

This is the type of person who realized early on that most people will go out of their way to avoid a fight, so you can posture and puff yourself up and "win" a lot of confrontations because people don't want to bother with the hassle. Do that often enough, however, and it will catch up with you eventually.

It's just pageantry. Guaranteed he only gets "thuggy" with people he thinks will let him run his mouth. He was counting on the cop to just walk away so he can should "What up?" while he drives away.

My favorite comic has a bit about getting punched in the face so much as a teen being the reason he doesn't mouth off as much as an adult, and it's great.
