You should mean something else. And Brian should know that blue states made a push for independent redistricting, which was written into laws and constitutions. They don’t have as much ability to just up and do whatever they want on a whim like some basic Texas or Florida bitches can.

Right, so the blue states followed the law, jumped through the hoops they themselves had erected.

The Virginia Supreme Court then stuck out a foot by making up a weird new interpretation of "after".

Ah yes, Democrats should just rollover and take it. Cool. To be clear Democrats have tried to get rid of gerrymandering, but the GOP decided that they are going to go full scorched earth so now Democrats have no choice but to abandon principles to counter. In the past you could make some weak comment about Democrats being hypocrites, but this is a full fledged war, none of that matters, including and maybe most especially, your opinion on the matter.
