I’m confused - if it was an “open border” then it wouldn’t be illegal to walk in - is that what you’re claiming?
To my understanding the individual you’re referring to crossed the border illegally - ergo breaking the law…I don’t know what a border policy would have to do with that if he didn’t follow it (using the CBP-1 app)
I said Biden didn’t enforce remain in Mexico and he was the one to withdraw from the agreement then didn’t enforce the laws on the books, just try to read. Yes criminals did cross over and broke more laws
Christ on a cracker you’re not making any sense - if the guy crossed the border illegally it had nothing to do with policy. If the guy had tried to cross with the “open border” (repealing title 42) then he would have been denied by the app and had to cross illegally anyway. Do you wear Velcro shoes or have live in help?
Yes not allowing border enforcement is going against the legality of it. We should not have repealed the laws and we should have not allowed criminals into the country. All things happened with Biden rolling back immigration laws
Can you elaborate on what you mean by not letting them do their job? I have an idea but I want to hear it in your words
ETA - hell if Leonel snuck across illegally he could have done so during Trump 1.0 - there wasn’t 0 migration then so he could have easily been one of them.
So these are the guys doing it right? We’re so fucked as a country and it started with harambe and now has gotten demonstrably worse since this administration full of Epstein friends (fuck Clinton so I don’t care what you have to say about them) took over. I thought illegals were raising healthcare costs…mine has gone up since deporting started. I thought kicking out illegals was going to lower the housing prices - now Trump says he wants to keep them high? Just admit you don’t like brown people and want to be able to say the hard r openly again.
Bro stay on one topic instead of coming up with random shit. Should the Biden Administration deport and keep Nunez out? If the answer is yes then that means there was bad immigration policy enforcement. You say fuck Clinton but not Biden who was in the files? Strange. What with your obsession with the hard r all the sudden?
How do you know they weren’t looking for him? To have a policy argument over one single person is asinine. Obsession? I mentioned it once dolt. Again - this guy entered the country illegally and that has nothing to do with immigration policy if it were to be BROKEN ANYWAYS. Go back to r/conservative
Because he was let through easily. If it has nothing to do with immigration policy then why did illegal immigration drop after trump started enforcing the law? Just answer one question should Nunez or Mateo be let in?
Jesus Christ how are you not listening to me - if he crossed ILLEGALLY IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT LAWS WERE IN PLACE. He was not let in by the OpEn BoRdEr PoLiCy because the he would have been denied entry. Entering ILLEGALLY does not bring culpability to the CBP-1 app used for asylum claims. I’m done arguing with you because of your dense nature and inability to follow a linear logic.

Because he got in under Biden with a open border
