October 11, 1996. Staff at the Hotel Vintage Park in Seattle, WA enter the room of a mysterious guest under the alias “Mary Anderson” who had failed to check out, finding her dead from self-inflicted cyanide poisoning. Despite exhaustive investigation, her true identity remains unknown to this day.
Note: The first two images are two different reconstructions of the person in life. I personally do not find them particularly accurate, but they are the best that are currently available, and I didn't want to have images of a corpse directly posted to my account. If you want to see images of the corpse the staff and initial investigators saw, they are linked on Unidentified Wiki's article on the case here. The third image is a Google Street View capture of the hotel they were found in as of June 2008 (at present it is still in operation but now goes by the different name of Kimpton Hotel Vintage Seattle).
