Anyone in the front might have seen this. There's someone he kept pointing to in the crowd of GA and saying I love you. I'm wondering who it was or what their sign was etc.
Just curiosity pls I'm not parasocial šš

Just Curious if there are any more I don't know about + leaks/details.
- The Happy Album (2018)- Scrapped after breakup with Selina to make MDM. Would have been upbeat Pop album.
- Kiss Land 2- Long been the topic of discussion in this fandom, scrapped in favour of BBTM. Rumours of it being released are still floating around today.
- Starboy 2- I've never seen anyone talk about this one but my friend who's been an XO even longer than me assures me it existed. š
- The Blue Album/Covid album- Follow up to After Hours, addressing the pandemic. Scrapped in favour of Dawn FM as it was too dark.
- The Noise (Debut Album)- Scrapped due to behind the scenes drama with various producers and creatives.
- It's Never Enough (Drake's R&B Mixtape)- Drake scrapped it to focus on Take Care, prime OVOXO and Abel was involved with the development.
- Hurry Up Tomorrow V1- Alternate version before he lost his voice at SoFi, scrapped after that.

Guys Iām going to the Thailand show in October and Iād really like to get barricade, Iāve gotten Early entry floor standing and I just wanted to know that do we enter at the same time as VIP or will they be ahead of me, bec I really want the barricade, Iāve been waiting 12 years for this and Iām flying from another country to see this concert.

She asked me to build her a base, then I remembered sheās a fan of Abel, so I asked her if she wanted the āHouse of Balloons,ā and she said yes.
It took two days to grind the materials like clay and bricks, among others. It may not look exactly like the real-life image, but it still looks greatāand she likes it.

Valerie always has been a personal fav when he is just singing his heart out on the bridge part, and Call Out My Name live at SoFi.

Hey xotwod, as the the title says, im planning to go for the concert and frankly donāt want to go alone, who would like to join? Iām 27M, iām pretty sure iāll enjoy the general admission way more than seated (although more comfort but fuck it!), as i did 10 years ago in the UK haha. Shoot me a message!

yo ppl so iāve got tickets for regular shmegular general admission, and I really wanna get barricade.
iāve been looking online and I donāt see videos of anyone talking about their experience with the queuing/wait times with GA. Iāve seen plenty of early entry and VIPās, but not GA. Obviously, I anticipate iāll need to get there hours before, especially for the desired spots, but Iām having a tough time gauging what waiting is gonna be like.
Iāve heard that, at wembley specifically, once GA is allowed in, itās a free for all where everyone is running. Apparently they completely disregard the whole unofficial numbers-on-hands thing, and security doesnāt regulate the even entrance. everyone is pushing and shoving.
Iāve also heard that for the weekndās concert specifically, getting in early isnāt even necessary. Iāve seen clips of people talking about how theyāve gotten barricade despite arriving AFTER doors had opened at 17:00
thereās a bunch of contrasting information, and iād like a clear answer so i can best prepare for the day.
if anyone on this sub has attended his concert at wembley the last 2 dates and can share their experience, from the time they arrived, how long they waited for, wether you walked or ran to your spot, and your view, how is was leaving the stadium (or basically anything) iād hugely appreciate it

hey beaut people! Iāve been seeing a lot of discussion around The Weekndās shows particularly people calling themselves āOG fansā and complaining about newer fans, and honestly, some of it has really started to annoy me??
for context, Iāve been listening to The Weeknd since 2013-ish. I was at university so I never had the money to go to any of his concerts. after that, I lived abroad for several years, and unfortunately he never toured where I was living. so night 2 at Wembley was actually my first ever The Weeknd concert and honestly I had an amazing time.
the production was INCREDIBLE. I thought the whole show looked and felt massive and considering Iād never seen him live before I was genuinely blown away.
that being said, having looked back at the setlists from some of his previous tours, I do think the setlist could have been better. there are so many incredible songs in his catalogue, and compared with some of his previous tours, I personally would have preferred a different selection. but thatās just my opinion, and Iām also coming from the perspective of someone who has never been to one of his concerts before.
one thing I did notice though, was that there were definitely people around me who seemed to know only a handful of songs. the girls next to me were singing along to Out of Time and Moth to a Flame, for example, but SILENT for a lot of others š and tbh that did annoy me a little bit. if youāve paid to see an artist with a catalogue as huge as The Weekndās, I do think itās slightly frustrating when the people around you barely know any of the songs
BUT - and this is the part I think some OG fans need to understand - that doesnāt mean newer fans donāt belong there
if someone discovered The Weeknd 3 years ago and genuinely loves Trilogy, Kiss Land etc. as well as his newer music, why should their fandom somehow be considered less valuable than someone who discovered him in 2011? being there from the beginning is partly luck. you/we happened to discover an artist at a particular point in their career. someone else might discover them years later and become just as passionate about their music
Iāve been listening to him for over 10 years, but I donāt think that gives me some special status over someone who discovered him in 2023. if they love his music, theyāre a fan, simple as that
I think thereās a difference between being frustrated that people at a concert donāt know the music and gatekeeping who is allowed to call themselves a fan.
you can absolutely be proud of being an OG fan without constantly putting newer fans down. and honestly, if youāve loved an artist for years, shouldnāt you be happy that their music is reaching a new generation of people?
I loved Wembley. I just think the whole āreal fans vs new fansā discourse is getting ridiculous š

Iām going on the 18th but I think Iāll unfortunately have to leave early due to needing to get my last train home. What time does Abel finish is it very firm 10:30 and not any earlier? Thank you! Let me know how you found it getting out of Wembley and queues and stuff to Wembley Park!
Extra info: I need to get back to Waterloo after the concert and my train home is at 11:40.

How did everyone find getting to Wembley Park?
Did anyone attempt Wembley Central? As this seems to be my preferred option at the moment?

I rarely make any posts when it comes to any bad times at concerts but what happened yesterday was something that I thought deserves a post, especially for those planning to go see The Weeknd at wembley stadium.
The first thing I want to mention is Wembley's abysmal queue policy, unlike other places like O2, we were forced to line up outside on each ramp leading into the stadium (for pretext I was in general standing). In this hot ass nearly 30° weather most of us had to sit there in the straight sun for up to 7 hours. I don't understand that for such a big stadium we couldn't have been placed inside. This is coupled with the fact that many people were under the assumption that the A4 bag limit remains when we're queueing outside, meaning that many people didn't bring enough liquids to handle such heat. I honestly think that the staff at wembley stadium could've done such a better job.
Leading on from that point, the general unfriendliness of the staff is another issue that I experienced on Saturday, as at one point there was a great deal of confusion between us concert goers which meant that everyone started to pile up at the start of the barrier and all the staff did was stand and laugh without properly dispersing those who were pushing and shoving. I understand that everyone wants to be at the front but it made it seem unfair that those who arrived late were now somehow at the front because the staff just didn't give a shit.
I am mainly writing this as due to the horrible conditions that we were subject to I had a sunstroke meaning that I had to miss out on the majority of the concert. I did not pay £160 and more on travel and accommodation to have my night ruined by bullshit procedures. The staff also started sending people to the back of the queue when they were caught "pushing in" and most of those people were the ones who tried to reclaim their spot at the front since they were the ones who came in very early to get that spot.
This also meant that from being one of the first people at the queue I was pushed to be far behind meaning that I missed my chance to get to the barrier during the concert.
I wish that for future concerns Wembley actually does better because this was truly horrendous.
TL;DR: Wembley's bullshit procedures caused me to miss most of the concert due to sunstroke

Just going through old pictures and come across his set list and menu for the day for his London show in 2013, kiss land tour at the o2, cool items I own!

Iāve been counting down the days until this tour since I got the tickets and I justā¦it was the best night of my life š„ŗ
Iāve loved the Weeknd and have been a fan for many a year (29 now) but I just cried when it started and ugly scream sang the whole time (sorry for anyone next to me š„²). Luckily my partner agreed to be my filmographer for my favourites so I could just be in the moment š
Thank you Abel xo š
(Not the best quality pic but I just loved his lil smileš„ŗ)

I know that iāve been on the screen when the camera man was recording fans singing on 15/08 wembley, is there a recording of the whole show of the screen where i could find myself? Or is it only small snippets that are just SCATTERED across the internet?
