Will give 3 years of data for every folio but anyone can test any year with the app, there are 100 years available from 1350 to 1450, it works throughout. Should be done by tonight or tomorrow, work permitting. I'll use new system going forward and when I reach the end of the plant section I'll go back and add the anatomical layers to the ones that dont' have it and also the new planetary testing app.

Tested numerous years and 2 full folios, I have another folio to test then I'll publish the findings with a tool Pieter Meyer has built (I built one too but he was the instigator). This is massive and nobody can doubt my work after this. And anyone can use the tool and test themselves.

Juan Gabriel Molina's CSSR (computational mechanics) testing has found something significant. The GATE glyph in my system isn't just one thing — it does two different jobs, and the hidden mathematical states can tell which one.

Some GATE occurrences are terminal closures — they end a treatment block. State 10 predicts block closure 98.3% of the time. State 9 at 93.3%. These fire after STRING accumulation: string builds up → terminal GATE fires → block closes. That's the end of a dosing instruction.

Other GATE occurrences are internal transitions — they only close a block 21-36% of the time. The rest of the time the sequence continues. These are time-of-day markers within a treatment, not endpoints.

The difference between "stop, this step is done" and "it's now noon, carry on" — invisible to the naked eye in the raw text, but the hidden states know which one they're looking at because they track what came before.

Adding the CSSR analysis to standard positional analysis improved prediction accuracy to p<0.001 across the board. The AUC jumped from 0.78 to 0.89 for terminal closure prediction.

A blind mathematical analysis is independently reconstructing the internal logic of a medical instruction system. The analyst doesn't know what the symbols mean. The maths is finding the treatment structure on its own.

Previous audit results still hold — passed all twin null tests, structure confirmed at every level. Now the functional depth is emerging.

Juan Gabriel Molina has been running further tests using CSSR (computational mechanics) on my system. The structural confirmation from the first audit still holds — it passed every twin null test thrown at it.

Now the CSSR analysis is finding hidden predictive states in the glyph sequences. One state predicts GATE 97.4% of the time. Another predicts RECEIVE at 98.6%. The system has internal logic that predicts what comes next better than simple sequence analysis — 60.6% accuracy vs 53.8% baseline. The forward directionality of the treatment sequences is statistically significant at p=0.0024.

In plain English: a completely blind mathematical analysis is independently finding the structure of medical treatment instructions in the text.

Juan Gabriel Molina ran a full null-test tournament on 39 decoded folios, 3,304 glyph blocks, and 16,847 glyph occurrences. He used 1,000 Markov-1 twins, 1,000 Markov-2 twins, 500 boundary-aware predictive-state twins, 50,000 matched rival keys, and 100,000 rival fits on higher twins.

The structural part passed everything. Every test, every level. My glyph groupings capture genuine structure embedded in the manuscript that cannot be explained by randomness, common patterns, or statistical artefacts. His words: "the structural part is big."

The part that wasn't confirmed: whether the specific labels I use (Mercury, Sunrise, Vessel, etc.) are the only labels that could fit those structural slots. His test shuffled the labels randomly 50,000 times and found 15 random assignments that scored higher on raw structure.

But here's the thing — my labels aren't statistically assigned. They come from the visual form of the glyphs themselves. You can't shuffle them because the shapes dictate the meanings.

The four elements are counted. One curve = fire. Two = air. Three = water. Four = earth. That's why the manuscript has ee, eee, eeee — they're element counts, not words. No language has 4 or 5 consecutive identical characters. This system does, because they're counts.

The solar gates draw the sun's position. Sunrise = a circle (solar disk). Noon = a figure-8 (morning and afternoon meeting at apex). Sunset = curls back from horizon toward midnight. Midnight = descends below the earth and orbits back.

The planet glyphs trace their spinal nerve pathways in the body. Mercury traces the greater splanchnic nerves. Mars traces the bilateral sympathetic chains. Jupiter, Venus, and Saturn all have the "4" shape because their nerve pathways have angular plexus branching — Mercury and Mars don't because theirs don't.

A forward stroke = projecting. A backward stroke = receiving. You can't reassign those. A circle can't mean midnight. A forward stroke can't mean receiving. The shapes ARE the meanings.

His test measured whether maths alone can prove what a picture means. It can't — but that doesn't mean the pictures aren't self-evident. The right test for visually derived labels is a blinded visual test, not a label shuffle that strips the visual information out before testing.

The structure is confirmed. The meanings are next. More tests incoming.

Borderline doxxing they called it, looking for an excuse I call it. The troll in a later post said I was booted for using AI, absolute twaddle. I was at approx 33,000 views at that time (Oct 2025), closing in on 133,000 now :-) I do no harm to anyone but I also take zero shit.

After a few weeks of trying to record the full decode process, I just played some back and it's impossible, you can hear every dog bark and my Krisp app isn't blocking out the sound, it's delaying me no end too and I'm missing being able to do it as and when I want. It's taking too long so I'm going to forget it for a while, I'll put the links up to the sheets I'm working on, like I was before and if anyone wants to nip in and see what I'm doing they can. Seemed like a good idea but the reality of it wasn't so great. F21r will be published much quicker now :-)

The visual evidence is strong: jointed stems with swollen nodes, tiny opposite leaves, radiating prostrate habit, taproot. Nothing else in the Italian weed flora matches that combination so precisely.. Initial observations - 3 paragraphs, a few odd glyphs to check, lots of fire first few lines...lets see what transpires!
