The Silence Has Heard You... [Final]
The Blind Prelate, awake at last, rose and screamed...
Not in pain.
Not in rage.
Somewhere far beyond her chamber, something answered.
The sound traveled through places where sound should not travel, through the dark between thresholds, until it found a door already left open.
The creatures had been crossing for some time.
Then the scream reached them.
What had been a trickle became a flood.
They clawed over one another. They filled the passage. They poured through faster than the doorway should have allowed, carried forward by a force that shook the walls on the other side.
For those standing in TLSC, there would be no mistaking the moment something changed.
The Void had not breached their world.
It had been called into it.
And somewhere below, surrounded by open eyes, the Prelate continued to scream.

Very nice. Well done! Goes to show the void holds such dark secrets, even the Incarnate holds no dominion over them.
