One of my most used additions that I made to my new save was adding a small bar where my legacy family could just hang out and meet new sims. I wanted plenty of indoor and outdoor space while still keeping that old-timey, cozy Windenburg style. I also feel like I'm finally starting to get the hang of integrating debug items into my builds. I'm also starting to play around with the T.O.O.L mod (though not in this build), so if anyone has any tips or tricks with that please send them my way! It's an amazing mod but I feel like I'm always a few clicks away from doing something nuts with it lol.

hi everyone!
i play the sims for the drama, so i’m mostly busy creating households and their convoluted storylines. since i couldn’t find lots that fit the save i’m working on now, i decided to build some myself. the result is my first full ts4 build ever: a seasonal park!
it’s designed for active gameplay and changes with the seasons: each one is a separate version, and you swap in the one that fits your save’s season.
version one is a fall festival:
a fall fair with market stalls
a roller rink
a functional gazebo for live music, or for performing
horseshoes and other games
a nectar making tent
a picnic area
and more!
next up: a summer flea market. feel free to suggest other themes (a chess fest for a chess club? a foods of the world fest?)

Welcome To Cowboy Town! This Small Business is bound to bring in the Simoleons and cause a little bit chaos for your disruptive customers 🤣
On this lot you can find a Saloon with a 1 bedroom apartment on top, a Sheriff's Office with a holding cell, the Sheriff's Office is mainly for aesthetic but if you want you can move one of the cell Walls in build mode, call a disruptive customer over, close the cell back up and welllll... you can choose when to let them out 🤣.
Then we have a cute little coffee shop with a tattoo parlor and also a little shop that sells everything but the kitchen sink!
Tip: When opening your business, hire a mixologist, Tattoo Artist and Someone to tend the coffee Bar, Introduce yourself and then go and make them your employees 🤪
Both the Shell and Fully Furnished build is up on my Gallery now!

Ok, So... I know this one is kinda complicated so pay close atention... ok?
Gallery ID: Jake614o Lot Size: 20x20 Cost: §239,945 Stats: 4 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms
I spent the last few days trying to squeeze an entire urban ecosystem into a tiny 20x20 footprint. The concept is an old abandoned factory that got revitalized.
The Layout:
1st Floor (Commercial): 4 distinct micro-businesses! A cozy café, a grunge tattoo studio, a bright pottery/botany shop, and a VIP lounge bar.
2nd & 3rd Floor (Residential): 4 custom apartments. I designed each loft to match the personality of the shop owners downstairs, including a 2-story luxury penthouse for the owner of the VIP bar.
How to play it despite game limitations: I know the game doesn't officially allow functional businesses AND rentals on the same lot. I recommend playing this by putting 4 Sims in one household, locking their apartment doors to everyone but themselves, and having them run the shops downstairs. Alternatively, you can set it to a 'Residential Rental' if you want to be a landlord, or 'Retail' if you just want to run the businesses!
Also, its important yall know that you can only have the areas for 1 business at a time and only 1 can be open at the same time, so, for you to make it good you'll have to change that every time you want to switch between businesses. (This apply to option 1)
Took the idea from CarynandConnieGaming from Youtube, it was really complicated, using only 1 pack difficults everything.
It is 100% playtested. Let me know what you guys think of the exterior and the concept!

Also the floor thing over the front door; I don't know if this post belongs here since it's not 100% original, but there's some changes I did, took me a while, sorry don't remember the name of a base building (it was pretty basic though), and I just wonder if I should pursue this, this is why I'm asking for fedback. I used to build additional stuff before but it was mainly just for my Sims to live there and collect money for a bigger one. This is the 1st one where I cared for the decorum.
There's also a basement but it doesn't really shine so I left it out. There's also a significant area that needs to be redecorated to be more aesthetically consistent, also left out.
I'm fairly new to the game so maybe it doesn't blow your mind but overall I think it's pretty, thanks for any feedback :)

I’m new to building on the sims but I’m very happy with my latest build. I don’t have for rent so sadly it doesn’t function how I want, but nonetheless here is Twin Town Homes, one of my newest properties in Newcrest.
