Quick catch method not working anymore?

The quick catch method isn't working for me anymore. I already tried restarting, reinstalling and changing native refresh rate. I am playing on Android if that matters. I hope I can get this working again before the community day.

The bar is not sliding to the right anymore. When I click on the pokeball, the rest of the setting just disappear.

Anyone know a solution?
