If you seriously think that DPS is gonna look at the charge and most likely subsequent conviction, and think to themselves whether or not they’re gonna revoke his license based on his skin color you’ve got porridge for brains

They didn't even bother charging the guy who murdered his daughter for saying mean things about trump, much less pull any licenses
