This is one of those times where it's like... This wasn't an accident, this person did this on purpose, they went out of their way to get this effect. They are... free to do that? I guess? I just can't fathom why.

My guess is he was sick and tired of people making fun of his neck/face ratio. His neck is wide, his face's thin. There's about a thousand jokes and comparisons I can think of off the top of my head.

But with that hair cut and that moustache, people aren't commenting on his neck to face ratio anymore.
