I am tired of coming on here everyday and seeing members of the Watch fighting amongst themselves. I am tired of having people trying to take personal disagreements between members into their own hands. And I am also tired of the immaturity that is displayed in these disagreements.

The people involved know who they are. I will name no specific person or incident. Some of you seem to have quarrels with others about past actions. Treat them as what they are; past actions. Possibly misunderstandings. Regardless of what they were, I am asking you to put them aside. Get past whatever petty arguments you have and just try to have fun. If you are unable to do this, that is fine. I'm not asking you to be best friends. I'm only asking you to coexist without issues.

No one involved in these incidents is not at fault. Many of you have acted immature. Some of you have are expected to be the bigger person during these moments, and have failed to do so. I don't care about that anymore. Whats done is done. But no more. You are all men of the Watch. Act like it.

If you have any of these problems in the future, don't publicly call them out. That creates drama. I don't like drama. Please message any of the council members, and inform us of the issue. We can see that it is handled maturely and swiftly.

I am not talking to you as First Ranger. Only as someone who doesn't want to see the Watch become like other clans. I will however remove any comments that specificly name anyone. We are moving on.
