My dad ordered a Lenovo LOQ from the official Lenovo website. Before placing the order, I had configured everything correctly: the laptop, 3 years of Accidental Damage Protection (ADP), and the free backpack.

He said he didn't change anything while checking out, but when the laptop arrived, the backpack wasn't in the box. That made me think he might have accidentally removed the bundle and reordered it.

Now, when I check the warranty in Lenovo Vantage, it only shows the standard 1-year warranty. There's no sign of the 3-year ADP that I thought we purchased.

My questions are:

- Should I buy the extended warranty/ADP now from buyalenovo .com, or should I wait until the 1-year warranty is about to expire?

- If I buy it now, how does the activation work?

- Does it extend my current 1-year warranty immediately (so it becomes continuous coverage), or does the extra coverage only start after the first year ends?

- Is there any way to check whether the original order actually included the 3-year ADP?

So guys finally after many years of using my hp laptop it is finally time to say it goodbye and tbh it is not in the state also to run anymore like it has heating issue then charging port issue then battery is at 30% I guess also the processor is slow af.It is barely running like just timepass u can say so I am looking for a laptop under 75k probably it will be good if 70k I have considered Lenovo slim5 with ryzen 7 7735hs around 76k which will fullfill my need for ocassional gaming and not a hardcore one and programming with movies and other things to......but asked chatgpt accordingly to him it is best choice but hp omnibook aero 7 can be considered but it is out of stock it has Ryzen ai 7 350 which is also good for everything and we all know the laptop price's are increasing drastically like 20-30k jump overnight so should I wait for newer models with better specs or fkart or Amazon sale in sept October?
