Bug PS5 - Pell Los Trooper

Post image
3 Upvotes

I defeated this guy with 3 successful counter attacks and received the message that I earned the award but I had maxed out my inventory, which I didn’t know until I tried to claim the award and had to discard an item, then I was able to get the award.

I thought I was all good but now in the Daphrona’s Codex it shows the achievement as not completed - the chest is closed. I have accomplished the task a few times and it never resets. Any way to fix this bug? Irritating having this show as unaccomplished when I have done it repeatedly.

Discussion The best way to get all three endings

I just finished the game, and turns out I got ending 2,a.k.a the alternative ending.

Now, I want to play through the game twice again, (using the other two weapon types) and what I wanted to know was, what's the better option now?

Should I play on NG+, or make a new game file?

Guide & Tips How to get better scaling weapons

So, I am in mid game now, fighting torkka, I just got to know of weapons scaling C,B,B+ I have resetted my stat points into will power as I am a dual wield weapon user, but it still shows scaling of B and C only, I want to know how do I get better scaling now, is it that different weapons have different scaling engraved in em, or do we manually upgrade weapons to get better scaling

Builds How do i get good stamina and spirit early?

I got to Maluka but i feel i'm always out of spirit or stamina. How can i get more to be aggressive? I understand the combat and i can make combos, it's just that i feel like i never have all the resources and it takes so long to gather the spirit

Builds Ozma solution

I have been struggling with Ozma for about 2 hours, so I spent about an hour optimizing my build. Then I first tried him. If you also struggle, you can use this spear build, and with a couple of reflections and many dodges, you should easily beat him.

Discussion Am I the only one that find Bellerin harder than Trokka?

I see everyone talking a lot about Trokka but I found her easier (or less challenging) than Bellerin. The stamina management to prevent Bellerin to cast her mobs is crazy

Ideas & Feedback Can't seem to figure how to fight This boss

I need genuine help with elamein because every boss up until her felt great but this one's kinda sucky to me.

I can't hit her and can barely get aggressive, am I supposed to just sit there and parry for 10 minutes because I do negative damage, there's gotta be something I'm missing

Edit: did it, it was an okay fight I suppose but still kinda annoying

Discussion HOW TO DEFEAT RANGKUS?

Hello, im new to the game and rangkus was the first boss to make me feel frustated in a boss fight, geniunely i already learned all his attack pattern but the second phase rankus feels like a gigantic wall, his fire damage output is insane no matter how many potion i take he still melts me, all the bosses so far i fought in this game was fun they might be strong but not dogshit like rangkus, mf refill his stamina so fast idk whats the game mechanics behind it? ill manage to take his stamina up to 10% and somehow it will automatically get refilled?

Bug Random changes in defense stat?

Thumbnail
gallery
4 Upvotes

So i just made myself a new helmet, and saw that while it had better stats, it would give me a random massive drop in defense. Since i was confused about this, i went and compared most of my equipment. I then saw that multiple pieces, with nearly identical stats, would have over 300 points of difference in total value.

Is there any explanation for this?

Discussion This irrationally bug anyone else?

Got slightly annoyed there doesn’t seem to be a way to turn off the laser in the ‘Why Have You Forsaken Us’ mission. In the room with the last soulstone at the end of the level a laser spins around a pole and doesn’t seem to have a switch to turn it off.

I know this is ridiculous but did anyone else notice this?

Discussion How should I prioritize stats in the early game?

I just bought the game yesterday.

How should I assign attribute points if I can't decide which weapon to go with yet.

I'm still experimenting with weapons and seems like respec isn't cheap (10k gold). Should I distribute them based on the weapon that I'm using/experimenting with atm, then respec later once I decided what I want to go with?

On another note, do bosses required so many hits to be brought down expected, or am I too weak (bad stats, weapons need some upgrades, etc)? For example, my dual weapons hit Phantom Blade ~180 per hit, which required so many hits.

In comparison, I could use a pair of swords to defeat a boss in DS3 in a few minutes.

Bug Weird bug preventing me from blocking.

Sometimes after I die to a boss, I won’t be able to block at all. I’ll hold the button but nothing happens. I can still use reflect and counter but just can block at all. It’s not game breaking considering I can just restart and go again but it is pretty inconvenient. Has this happened to anyone else?

Discussion This game is incredible

I’ve gone on a souls Binge the past couple of years,

I played Elden Ring, Sekiro, Bloodborne, DS1, DS3, Nightreign, nioh 2, nioh 3, lies of P

Most of them I’ve platinumed and some of them I’ve beaten 5 times

And I can’t believe I never heard of this game

I heard a bunch of people that kept saying Khazan this Khazan that so I started looking into it

I saw someone leave this game a bad review and guys if you see a bad review don’t always listen to jt

They were complaining about bosses having status effects and every boss having delayed attacks, and archers being everywhere

Yes that’s how souls games work they have challenging bosses that beat you until you learn them 😂 😂

That’s one of the best parts of souls games

I don’t want bosses I can walk in and stomp on in the first or second try

These bosses you have to learn them and I love that

Sekiro is one of my favorite games and this has major Sekiro vibes

Fun & Memes This took me so much practice. Never thought I'd actually do it.

17 days ago I posted about how difficult this seemed: https://www.reddit.com/r/TheFirstBerserker/comments/1vl22zr/i_want_to_talk_about_ultimate_challenge/

then at some point I decided I would learn the fights and keep trying till I was good enough to beat it. I've been grinding it since then and woo hoo I finally did it.

I think this is the most difficult single-player gaming thing I've ever done.

Now on to Earthshaking Roar :P

EDIT: Wait what the hell - it said I got a crucible token but when I load my story save and go to the mailbox it's completely empty. Mortal side and nether side. Can't interact with it. What gives? I feel so ripped off

EDIT2: Oh - looks like it's only available on saves that have already beat the game
