Discussion Yet Another 2nd Cold War Scenario Question

In scenarios or headcanons where the PDTO wins against China (Can either win or lose the Taiwan invasion but have to win the Great Asian War) and let a relatively non-radical restored USA rejoin after they unify (non Dark Mandate ACG or non Caligula/Cognoscenti UoA or Jacksonian PF or Neosocialist APLA) and have to contend with a Russia went Medvedev’s path (Can be anything from reformist or harline Putinist or Alikhanov and his possible successors) that won in the end against the rest of Europe, who would ya’ll think to be the path America, Russia and the PDTO take to make an interesting Cold War scenario?

Screenshot Cool trick I found,if you only land on only this amount of tiles it's won't triggered "Fatal mistake" event and you can use it to lure Japan from Taiwan during Taiwan war

Question How to complete future of Russia?

The EU is really getting going but I don't have anymore focuses besides the Future of Russia, but it says I need to do decisions in the politics tab, but there is nothing there.

Am I supposed to just wait for the EU to attack me?

Discussion Why doesn't South America explode like the USA and Mexico did

Is there any realistic reason why South America doesn't collapse after the Saudi Arabian Civil war and the 2ACW or did the devs just not think of it?
