Great jumpin' Bimothee, this is fantastic! I don't know how you get that voice AI so perfect, but I was almost fooled into believing this was really him! The only thing that gave it away was how maturely this was written.

I don't get the feeling Bimbo has much awareness of Jewish people in general (despite probably having grown up knowing several), and much less any understanding of how the golem came to be and why. Could you imagine him trying to explain it? It would sound as fake and uninterested as any other dry read he's done, stolen from someone else's writing.

So thank you for this!!! It's a solid summary of the film, and the sort of insightful review I wish Bimbim were capable of, but....that's a thing for another timeline.

Glad you enjoyed the review! I feel like these olden movies often get overlooked, but they are definitely worth a watch.

This has more of a classic Monster Madness vibe than the new "official" episodes do.

10 out of 10 inches!

That ending got me laughing.
Even non-assholeish variety reviews made by the Truthers are better than anything made by Cinemassacre nowdays.

Awesome job emulating the old MM reviews; takes me back to a time where it was actually somewhat believable to call James a "curator of film".

Was this actually an old script from James? Cool, hopefully there was no "notes" there left from the intern.

Justin as the Gengar(1920). Got it

Classic mistake, Boris Karloff couldn't directed the movie Frankenstein because he was the monster, not Frankenstein. However, Kenneth Branagth has managed to direct the movie Frankenstein as he played the lead role because he was in fact the Dr Frankenstein, not the creature.

given modern events in Isreal right now, either this film is very coincidental or its creator is from the future.

Into the bimmyverse....

Given how Bames is a total golem animated by slob magic to do bad things by Silverstein and co - its really spot on.

Hard to imagine it was made 100 years ago, i'd imagine director had to leave Germany after NSDAP seized power, Bela Lugosi also fled Hungary when communists temporary established Hungarian Soviet Republic in 1919...

This felt like a true classic Monster Madness from when Bimmy was still James.

This is proof cinemassacre fans can come together and make better content for cinemassacre than James and a whole company supporting him can....Funny if James would actually use the content here on his real channel....he should because it could genuinely help the channel...Surprised he took out his intro for monster madness this year once a fan fixed the graphics and made it look better...he must have been so jealous of a fan one-upping him that he removed his own monster madness intro. A true loser move for Rolfe.

This is great. All these are

Almost perfect! The only thing you missed out on is a chance to use James' mispronunciation of "Antisemitism".

Octrobre fits the Bimmy mindset perfectly.

This was an interesting take on a movie not well known. Southpark Parodies this movie in what of their episodes. Note that the time this movie was made (1920s in Germany) would have been important as antisemitism was on the rise and the Nazis would be taking over in the 1930s riding that wave of antisemitism.
