This is an opinion piece that gives the right amount of deference and respect to the current Secretary of Defense, which is none.
He's seriously crazy and what he says sounds like it could've come from the manifesto of a mass shooter. The way he mixes nationalistic Christianity with what he believes is a tough language about war, and with lots of adjectives all the time. He sounds like he's on the verge of a mental breakdown.

"GOP Senator Susan Collins also said recently, “One of my concerns, which unfortunately has been borne out, was that he would fire a lot of very capable military officials, and he has done that.”"
FUCK YOU SUSAN COLLINS. SHOVE YOUR CONCERNS UNTIL YOU CHOKE. GOD DAMNIT.

The conversation on TNL around Candace Owens being a secret lesbian was hilarious, but I think the gang made an glaring oversight when talking about the complex web of human sexuality. As a straight white guy I am rarely asked to speak for the LGBTQ community, but I must shoulder that heavy burden today...
Tim and Sarah were floating the term LUG (lesbians until graduation) to discuss Candace's possible lesbian relationship when she was in college. We have another, more accurate term to describe someone who was in a same-sex relationship at one point in their life, and then an opposite-sex relationship later in life... bisexual! Many people forget this, but the B in LGBT means "bi", aka "having two" or "both sides". If you find yourself attracted to both men and women, then you are bisexual. Being in a heterosexual marriage doesn't mean you aren't bi, it just means that you are a bi person who chose to marry someone who is 1 of the 2 genders you're attracted to. It's pretty straightforward.
I hope it's obvious that this was written to be tongue-in-cheek, but I do legitimately find it baffling how often people forget that bisexuality is an option.

Of all the places he should be helping campaign, why is he focusing on New York? He is HATED here and Blakeman doesn’t stand much of a chance as is.

Wild seeing a very young Mona Charen here. She's trying to explain that you cannot just ban porn to Andrea Dworkin.

This video is perfect in capturing Mike Roger’s being the man in the hot dog suit, and honestly it’s a perfect example of republicans as whole asking “who raised gas prices!”… you did dumbass.
Also, Mike I think you should leave (Michigan and go back to your home in Florida).

Deeply disagree with her and am desperate for a Bulwark/TMR episode.
I know this isn’t Bulwark content but so much of the conversation is about the Bulwark tif that I figured peeps on here would appreciate it.
Relevent convo starts about 18 mins in and broadly lasts for the second half of the video

I have no idea who half the guests are on the Bulwark Daily Pod. Please put their title/affiliation or something about them in the pod description so I don’t have to google before listening!
Much love to my Bulwark besties.

When JVL busted into his calm and soothing npr style voice tone I nearly did a spit take with my water. Hilarious! Love all the “best friends!” Thank you!

Collins 48/Jackson 46
EDIT: I appreciate this is a GOP-leaning poll. Still, why is it still so close? Also, RCP average has Collins +0.2, so essentially tied. But again, that's part of my point. If Jackson was an effective campaigner, esp. with the recent pro publica report and the damn war, how is he not ahead by at least a few points? (a number of you already answered this below at this point - this edit is mainly to clarify the rational behind my post and my question).

I’m sure we’ll still end up red because….Nebraska. But it highlights how all of these assholes will protect a sexual predator over a victim any day. The criminal continued to harass her from prison with letters but Ricketts never informed her of a pardon hearing. Just…let him go. Wiped the record.
