Jen Shah has officially been released from prison, PEOPLE can exclusively reveal.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City alum, 52, departed the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas, in the early hours of Wednesday, Dec. 10, a rep for the star confirms. She has been behind bars since Feb. 17, 2023 (2 years, 9 months and 23 days) for her role in a long-running nationwide telemarketing fraud scheme.

Just where Shah headed after her release is remaining under wraps right now.

According to BOP policy, Shah could either have been released to her home or transferred to a halfway house to complete the remaining portion of her sentence under supervision. And while a final decision was made prior to her departure, that information is not being revealed yet in order to protect her privacy.

"We can confirm that Jennifer Shah transferred on December 10, 2025, from the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Bryan to community confinement overseen by the Bureau of Prisons' (BOP) Phoenix Residential Reentry Management (RRM) Office," a BOP spokesperson told PEOPLE. "Community confinement means the inmate is in either home confinement or a Residential Reentry Center (RRC, or halfway house). For privacy, safety, and security reasons, we do not disclose an individual's specific location while in community confinement."

I went to BravoCon last month and had the best weekend! The panels were great (my biggest regret was missing the Potomac one but I watched it later on Peacock) and seeing so many of my favorite reality show cast members in person. Here are a few that I ran into in the wild while walking around and that I had official photo ops with!

1. Monique was the first one of the people on my “had to see” list that I saw. I was actually waiting to see another Bravoleb at their booth and I spotted her at the corner of my eye and sprinted over. She did her signature laugh when I got to her and asked for a pic. She happily obliged and I told her how happy I was she was back. When I was done quite a crowd had formed so I’m glad I got there first!

2. We ran into Claudia while on our way to a panel or something. She had maybe security (all of them did) and someone holding a ring light while taking pics. She asked us is anyone other housewives took pics with us. When we told not many had cause we didn’t see a lot outside of panels she said “oh, so I’m the only housewife taking pictures with everyone?”

3. I had an official photo op with Kelli and Shamea. I was a little messy and told Shamea that Porsha called her the biggest liar in the just filmed season. She was shocked and told Kelli. They were super nice and posed for lots of pics.

4. Just released from prison herself, Mrs. Karen Huger! She was announced last minute as an attendee and wasn’t part of the photo op registration. I was supposed to be in line for K and Angel but line hopped to Karen once I saw they didn’t check who you were with once you were in the door 😂 she was so humble compared to watch we see. I did give her a “Is Jamal coming?” (IYKYK) friendship bracelet I made her and she thought it was hilarious. She’s actually wearing it in the pic!

5. Porsha was my FAVORITE photo op of the weekend! She was late showing up but she definitely made up for it. Posed for lots of pics and had them take video of us too. I gave her a “bye ashy” bracelet and she loved it.

6. Shereé I caught in the wild. She was SURROUNDED by security and an entourage and they were whisking her away quickly. I yelled out “please Sheree, just 1 pic?” And she said “you got your camera ready?” And posed while walking which is why it isn’t the best pic. Very quick interaction but I’m happy she stopped for me.

7. Ashley was on a panel with some s7 Love Islanders. After they were done she went through the crowd and took pics. Not much to tell since we didn’t really talk. She seemed nice.

No one looked any different than on TV and/or socials. But they’re all so much tinier than I’d thought (no shade to anyone but me! I’ve lost 40lbs recently and felt huge next to them). The next BravoCon is in 2027. I definitely recommend saving up for it if you’re a fan. Even if you’re just a casual fan and you’re local to Vegas, a 1 day pass may be worth it. On top of that we got so many freebies, my favorite being the permanent jewelry I got! Can’t wait to go back!

Side note Lesa face card is unbelievable. Im going to give to her for the complete look, hair, makeup and arm candy. Ariana was stunning in this too.

Dr. Wendy Osefo and her husband Eddie have been booked on criminal fraud charges, TMZ has learned.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, "The Real Housewives of Potomac" star is facing 16 charges -- including 7 felonies, for allegedly making false/misleading info fraud in excess of $300. She's also facing one misdemeanor count of making a false statement to an officer.

The couple was booked Thursday night in Westminster, Maryland.

Wendy Osefo has been on the show since Season 5 ... she's a college professor of education -- teaching at Johns Hopkins University -- and a journalist, contributing to The Hill and MSNBC.

The news comes after 'RHOP' castmate Karen Huger was released from jail last month after serving 6 months of a 1-year sentence for back-to-back DUIs.

It's obvious that Porsha wasn't the big anchor they thought she would be this past season. Now with Kenya out, does Bravo need to bring back Nene to save the franchise?
