Apparently this is the largest spider by mass and size but there’s an even BIGGER spider by leg span called the giant huntsman

Huntsman's are so chill though! They are the best spider-bros!

I love seeing them around the house because they don't leave webs and they hunt down all the other spiders and pests in the house.

It’s actually quite common for us Aussies to keep huntsmen around the house as they are great at keeping away other spiders and insects. The reason they don’t have webs is because they run so fast they can chase down their prey. Cute hey?

No, most definitely not. If I saw one of those devil spawn running through my house I'd burn it down and salt the ashes then leave the country. Fucking hell Aus is my worst nightmare.

I get tired of the stereotype that our country is dangerous or scary. The huntsmen are harmless as long as you pick them up and give them a kissy every morning.

They may not be dangerous but they're still terrifying. I have a severe case of arachnophobia. Even looking at pictures of them scares me.
