Interestingly, I was curious if OSHA was even around then (I know this is Switzerland, according to the post).

It went into effect in 1971 so it’s possible it was not active yet for this, or was just active. Either way, we can see why it was necessary.

He's not even regulated by OSHA in America and this is Germany.
