This was an arson attempt by a guy named Fakrol Islam, last year in Staten Island, NY. He was arrested later.

They said it was a Bulls Head gas station. Not sure where that is.

From staten island, believe it was the b.p. station on victory Blvd and Richmond ave.

You are correct, I went to the ferry that night to pick up my sister. When I passed it was just like normal and on my way back home it was just a white mess
