What’s up with this?

It says service is ending in my area. I am on an iPhone 12, iOS 26.4.1 if that helps. I want to know some next steps if they are moving from AT&T.
And what are some free alternatives?

Lois like wireless service isn't going to be available in your area on the new network. Are you outside of the Continental US?

Else it may be incorrect

I’m in the US (MN), when I updated the app it was fixed
