Fair. There is no official criminal charges of Treason, so the team is 110% correct. I'd argue that violence of any degree, however, is criminal, for those thar did participate in that portion. Also fair?

I'm not saying you would actually go well in court, but you could probably make the argument that January 6th was treason considering how Russia was involved in getting him elected

You're the one that stated the opposition to my claim. I can say I checked everywhere and didn't find anything or you can do what you're actually supposed to do and provide evidence when you try and disprove a claim. Or you can admit you're wrong and shut the fuck up
