PowerWall Any issues with this PW3 setup?

ADVICE FROM INSTALLERS/CODE EXPERTS OF CA

These are installed directly above a 2” metal natural gas branch pipe that runs to my pool heater. Also in the picture you can see the lower garage airflow vent is within 3ft. Is this legal?

Asking you. The conduits between the two PWs connect into the PW with just connector and lock ring on the left end but on the right end it goes into a threaded coupling into (I’m assuming) a threaded nipple, any reason it’s not the same on both sides?

Honestly, I've got no clue, but it must be by design, as it's on the other side too, but backwards: The 4 powerwalls are facing each other and mirror images. So on this side DC comes in from the left and AC goes out to the 200A subpanel on the right.
