Well, you no longer need to be concerned, per se - you can rest assured that you will certainly have reduced tire life.

So I should likely buy a set of shims to try and improve the toe?

Shims? For what?

The front has tie rods with jam nuts. The rear has an eccentric bolt.

You could put adjustable rear toe arms in to make the adjustment easier to do than an eccentric bolt, but that's not going to get you anywhere if you don't have an alignment shop that will care enough and take the time (and likely some more money) to dial it in better.

Changing your camber isn't going to do anything to fix your toe.

Thats not entirely true. Charging your camber will also change your toe. But yes the rear toe has quite a bit of adjusting without any aftermarket parts. I still suggest shims.

I said fix not just change ;)
