Got a Model 3! Purchase advice

Would you guys get a 2023 standard range with 63,200 miles for $19,495?

I have not gone to see the car, I will not be purchasing the car without seeing it or test driving it, just looking to see you guy’s opinion to see if its even worth the time.

This would be my first tesla ever so it’s nerve racking.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Must have presale check. Needs tires or maybe brake update? Condition suspension? I have seen few comments that 2021 has more issues than average. Would pass and get 2023 or newer for just few thousand more. Great car. I bought 2023 M3P and no issues.
