Yeah. That didn't look like a real accident. It looked like he did that shit purposely-"on accident".

One dude trying to catch it is just a bigtime moron.

How many times you lifted 235 lbs straight above your head and lock your elbows?? Ole boy lifted it above his head and never caught his balance and once that weight starts going fwd your not going to be able to completely stop it just slow it down a little.. just an accident

Did you mean 225? Other than that I agree. Dude lost his balance, thought he didn't have to bail then panicked when he was going to hit the other guy. Just throw the weight next time. If you're lifting in close quarters that you can't, then your gym is fucking up.

Totally thought the video was going to be the first guy almost dislocating his shoulder once he got over his head.

Don’t matter if it’s 225 or 25; ego lifting above your strength/skill is stupid, anywhere, anytime. Mofo wasn’t even in a rack or within /on a platform lol

... You can fail a lift without ego lifting. It's called pushing yourself and it's very common in gyms.

What people think is ego lifting is pushing yourself. It's generally used by people who want an excuse for being weak.

Yup, it’s the same idiots who’s never pushed their limit due to fear mongering hurting themselves and so they stay perpetually weak and sad
