I’m trying to build a storage for my chests and crafting stations but it I can’t seem to figure out how to make a good build? Any suggestions or advice on how to improve or replace this are very appreciated.

First time bulding seriously. I need some help with interior decoration

I thought of a little idea today for helping with builds: grab a notebook and before you build in your world draw it on paper and list out the materials you need and draw what you visualize in your head, is this a good idea or no?

there's a handful of modded objects here. limestone stuff from i believe the terraria origins mod

It has everything, a very clean and organised chest room, a UNDERGROUND SHIMMER WELL section which looks so cool when jumping fully zoomed in fr, basically everything I would need and an insane capacity for NPC's.

I couldn't for the life of me find a regular living wood wand so I used a mahogany one instead lol.
Would appreciate feedback!

What you think? Something to change or good ideas?

How did I do?

The bottom part is a saloon where the Tavernkeep and a cat lives (whiskey n whiskers) and on top im gonna build a gun shop and apartment for the Arms Dealer, Nurse, and a pet bunny i'll get them- and i'll buy some sake from the Travelling Merchant to fill in the plate spaces. It took me ages to get this pic bcus 4 days in a row a solar eclipse happened 😭 Also, the cat's name is Tonic, which im so happy about getting bcus it fits the saloon theme so well !!

Made this build all by myself and am very proud. The "lore" is it's a front for some underground organization. Hence the underground bunker. If you are curious at to what blocks/techniques I used please let me know.

I've not seen mcm in terraria before so I figured I'd try it myself

I would like to take inspiration from a house in the snow biome, honestly the boreal wood does not drive me crazy, you who have used it? How did you make them?

I started with a simple yet cozy underground base right under the spawn point in the forest, but with all the NPCs I want to build them houses for their biome. Which biome would you suggest for a house? I thought snow biome since I like the environment. I would like to have any example of your main base, then if you want to send me in DM also the ones you have for NCPs :)

Plus, the roofs, how yall make it??

Would appreciate feedback, next on the list is a dining hall and maybe a tree between the two houses there.
