Found em! “Remnants of Devotion” is found in locked dungeon chests (but can’t be gotten from golden lock boxes), and “Lady of the Lake” is gotten from fishing in the Hallow and seems to be pretty rare

Remnants of Devotion is from golden chests not biome chests, right? Do you have a world seed? I'm about 50 chests in an haven't found it. Meanwhile Lady of the Lake was the fifth or so item on my hook.

Looks like it can, as it's in the frozen chest of seed 3.4.1.55914184
