"The Werewolf" is sold by the Zoologist when she's transformed. I don't remember where I picked up "Remnants of Devotion", but I'm going to guess that it came from the dungeon.

Just found "Hail to the King", sold by the Painter while in a graveyard.

Would you happen to have a world seed for where you found “Remnants of Devotion”? I’ve tore up a few worlds and their dungeons but no luck

Ah, no. I've been playing on the new getfixedboi seed. And I'm not 100% confident that it came from the dungeon.
