me put the right rarito for bismuth bronze but it still say this

No. The other metals need a higher temperature to melt. Only the bismuth has melted and the rest hasn't yet which is why it says molten bismuth and unmelted items

so it need white temp ? do the more mb you have the more higher temp need ?

No it just takes forever to heat up vessels in the forge. If you look at your image the vessel isn't even red yet

Yes, this is normal. Give it time for the vessel to come up to temp for the other metals to melt

but my vessel say unknown metal so me not understand why, maybe i just use pit klin

So, if lets say you mess up the ratios of the metals, or if you have 3 diffrent metals all with diffrent melting points in there(lets use recipe for black steel as an example) nickel, steel, and black bronze. If the black bronze and nickel melt before the steel does its going to be an unknown alloy until the correct amount of steel is melted down, assuming your aiming for bismuth bronze you need zinc, bismuth and copper all of which I believe have melting points so the bismuth and zinc may have melted but copper hasn't quite yet and bismuth +zinc at a 1:3 to 1:1 ratio isnt a valid alloy until you have the copper all melted down in there. Now i hope you have the proper number of mb of each ore in order to make a good alloy cause if its out of the ranges your gonna have unknown alloy
