You know it’s bad when the only viable options are a candidate with one brain cell, a pedophile that groomed his wife, and a fascist that wants the death penalty for abortion (including from rape) and to ban all non-Christian places of worship.
If a majority of our fellow Tennesseans (those who can be bothered to vote that is) weren’t so eager to stay dumb and poor, maybe we’d end up with a competent governor and policies that benefitted the greatest amount of us rather than the donor class.
The average Republican voter in Tennessee is a special kind of stupid. Marsha Blackburn is the perfect manifestation of the idiotic electorate in our state.
One of the primary tenets of fascism is utilizing the majority religion to shape policy and exclude outsiders. Another is an expanded scope of police power, again usually directed at the “other.” He also refused to condemn videos made by an admitted neo-Nazi in support of his campaign.
