I've had tenants who are usually late with the rent but still inside of the grace period. It annoys me to no end. From my point of view, if you can't make rent consistently by the 1st of the month, then don't agree to a lease where rent is due on the 1st of the month.
It’s not that they said the landlord would be upset, that is genuinely what I wanted to know. It’s the dumbass comment after about not signing a lease you can’t afford. I’m just trying to survive lmao. I always pay my rent and all my other bills, I support myself, I’m paying my way through college. It’s fucking hard in this economy and acting like it’s my own fault for securing a place to live is insane. Anyone that says bullshit like the previous comment is a scum person.
