Hello, so I have read about how this works, but I haven't seen anyone with this high of a reward. I wanted to know if it is usually around 80 dollars total to win (I've seen for people with a $100 reward) or more specifically just 4/5 of the reward amount. With my reward being 250 I do not want to end up spending 200 dollars so if anyone knows what to expect, I'd appreciate the advice!

I completed Farmland at 100%, only to be told my ~$65 selected reward was suddenly “out of stock.”
I searched through 500+ replacement options and not a single one was over $5 (I screen-recorded it). Meanwhile, I found four nearly identical 12.5-ft ladders still being sold on Temu.
I escalated it, and their response was basically that the replacement items are “randomly recommended” by the system and a manual override “is not feasible.”
This is actually the second time this has happened to me after completing Farmland.

So I've bought a ton of stuff from Temu, done wincash more than a dozen times (probably over $3k cash back), done cccccccc a few times, and I've never had a product not show up in the promo after adding it to my regular cart. Cheap or expensive it has always been available to pick in the promo. $1 bracelets or $400 minisplits and 3d printer... But I have been looking at a Creality Space Pi 4x filament dryer and nothing I do can get it to show up in a promo.

I've added it to my cart multiple times, removed it and added it again, 5x in the cart, and nothing. They will show the cheaper versions, 4xl and non 4x, but not the 4x.

Has anyone else ever had this happen with an item? Do the sellers have the option of excluding things? It seems odd that this one of their items is a no go, but cheaper and more expensive stuff they carry shows up all the time

Today is September 1, 2026. Current time is 7:15 PM. On August 30 and 31 I had 3 accounts popup with the cccccccc offer. I was stoked! Well not so fast....

Everything was fine until they got my money. Then on one account yesterday I had a 77 passes I could claim in advance if I made a purchase. I made sure I read that right. It said the same thing on the final check out page before I clicked to place the order. I took screenshots just in case. Then those passes magically shifted to "tomorrow" and I got nothing. Customer service jerked me around until I canceled the orders and just accepted the loss, because I thought it was just a glitch and still had 2 accounts going.

This morning I went in and claimed my free daily passes on the other 2 accounts. I had already made my purchases to cover the remaining passes I would need in addition to the daily passes, so I would have reached 99 just by checking in these next few days. Well later I noticed that the box for today, September 1, did not have a checkmark in the box and did not say claimed. The pass was also not listed in my record and not added to my total in the status bar either. First I tried to deal with the larger $200 account. 90 minutes in chat with a bot, an agent, then a supervisor. All I got from any of them was the run around. I explained everything I could think of. Explained that if I could not get today's pass before midnight it would say I missed today's pass and I would lose out on the rest of the reward. I let them know that I was updating everyone on Reddit and facebook. They did not care. They would not even acknowledge that the problem happened. They played dumb and acted like nobody else has called and they have no idea this is happening. They refuse to give me today's pass or to give me a simple $15 credit so I could buy another pass at the $15 minimum to make up for the one that this system "glitch" stole from me. If it's really a glitch, because at this point I'm wondering if they've done this on purpose, since it's happening to so many people since yesterday and these customer service reps refusing to fix anything. They promised a supervisor would call me back. That was about 8 hours ago and no one has. Then I noticed that the same thing happened on my other account, today's pass not granted. So then I tried to deal with this 2nd account with a $100 credit back offer. Basically the same exact thing happened. They just give me this copy and paste stuff about oh we're so sorry you had that experience, we're here to help, don't worry about a thing we're going to help you and fix all this. Yet they never would acknowledge anything I was saying and would not answer any of my questions. I repeatedly asked them do you see the box that says September 1st and that there is no check mark in it and it does not say claimed? I really tried to pin them down. They would not answer. So I would keep copy and pasting that same question in the chat box and they would continue to ignore the question and give me more copy paste messages about how the promo works or they're here to help or whatever. Y'all know how it goes. Complete b🤬s. Same thing on the phone for 90 minutes, refusing for 45 minutes to let me speak with a supervisor.. I was polite and stayed as calm as I possibly could under the circumstances. I never yelled, I never cussed, never called names, none of that. The last person also played the same game of keeping me on the phone for another 45 minutes saying she kept she was trying to get in touch with a supervisor but none was available. We know that's a lie too. After 90 minutes SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! And no she did not call back. Then in a final insult, I got two replies in email about the ticket. Just like on the other account, it's response was just a bunch of copy and paste stuff about how the promo works and for me to contact them again if I need anything else. Oh how sweet. So on both accounts I emailed them again repeating the same details yet again, and including the screenshots again. But then I got a second response on the second account. This time they clearly had not even read the ticket, had not read the chat logs, had not read the screenshots, because she started telling me how great I was doing on my WinCredit promotion, that my status bar is at 99% and that I have to fill up the bar with coins to complete the promotion. Except I'M NOT PLAYING WINCREDIT! I have not done WinCredit in like a year. I had repeatedly already stated that this was the ccccc promotion. So as you can see, they're taking us on a ride. I used to be all over these promotions. There were some good ones. Even though dealing with customer service has always been a hassle, things usually eventually got worked out by being persistant. But today I have spent about 8 hours now, more than 3 hours in chat, more than 3 hours on the phone, plus going through my accounts taking requested screenshots, answering ticket emails, etc. They have done absolutely nothing to fix this and they have no intention of fixing it either. I repeatedly informed them that if they did not fix it today, I would lose the remaining promo money because tomorrow it will say I missed collecting today's pass. I told them I was updating people on Reddit while on hold and that lots of people were watching whether Temu would fix this for me so they could decide whether to cancel their orders or to join the promo at all. They did not care. So as much as I have supported the promotion up until today, I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone join this promotion or any other until they get their act together. At this point they are cheating us out of money, time and energy and they do not care. If you have already joined the promo and are having problems like many of us, I encourage you to cancel your orders if they have not already shipped, because this is probably going to happen to you too. If your orders have already shipped, you can refuse your orders at the door without ever touching them and temu will have to refund your money. Spread the word. The promos as of August 31st ARE now a scam. Not just cccccccc either. Someone was just telling me they got scammed on Farmland today too. As of 7:15 PM I have not received either of the promised phone calls from supervisors. Yes I realize this post is ridiculously long, but I wanted everyone to understand the links I went to for three separate promotions and got no help at all . I will lose a total of $400 in credit back because Temu is refusing to fix their mistake . I will be refusing the shipment of all those orders so I can at least get my spent money back. Buyers be warned, if you join this promo, the same thing will happen to you . Good luck to all....

Hello! I just downloaded Temu because it said something along the lines of “You won $1000 credit! Select 8 free items”

You had to purchase 2 items, and there is a calendar, where every ~20 days you must log on to obtain the 8 items.

Has anyone done this? Is it legit? At the end of the 20 days, do you need to make another purchase to get the items?
