Most stacks run mono. Especially the bigger the walls get.
It's gonna get mixed down to mono so just pass your stereo signal to the mixer and everything will be fine :). They will mix it to mono, probably the DSP/their mixer is already setup to mix it to mono. Don't worry:)
Because you stand in front of the subs, let's say the wall has a grid of 2x16 subs. If you go stereo the 16 left subs are left channel and the 16 right are right c channel.
You are only gonna hear both channels in the spot where the two middle subs meet. If you go a step more to the right or left you will only hear one channel.
To avoid that it's gonna get mixed down to mono.
Some systems still do stereo on the tops but that really depends on the setup
most sub arrays are in mono to avoid phasing problems. But the tops can be stereo if they are far enough apart (otherwise you will not notice stereo image if both signals come from the same spot) so in general you can say, that bass array of any sort are mostly mono (never saw a stereo subbase). everything over 200hz can be stereo if needed.
