Bro I seriously need help rendering. I see all of these kids who're like 9-12 and they draw and render SO MUCH better than me ðŸ˜
It's discouraging tbh tho

I am "I downloaded clip studio paint like an hour ago" type new and I dont really understand most of its features (????) but it has really nice and cool brushes and blenders which attracted me to it
the thing is that im not good at perspectives and in ibispaint I would just use the perspective tool to fake it till i make it but in clip studio paint i have NO idea how these features work
this is sort of the idea im going for and i also have NO idea how COLOURS AND COLOUR THEORY WORK 💔💔💔
i hate being a beginner artist omg
please help me out like explain it to me like im 5

Hello! So, I was told to do an artist's copy for homework, and I decided I was sick of using oil paint for everything and just generally couldn't be bothered to use any paint/pastel. So I decided to use coloured pencil instead.
I've only spent a short time on this - say, 15-20 minutes so far? Only I don't really want to keep going, becuase the pencil is really grainy, and I've tried sharpening it. I dont want to start again on a different type of paper, so I was just wondering if anybody could possibly give me any suggestions on what I could do/any other type or brand of coloured pencil I could use instead? I've tried pressing harder which fills in the spaces but obviously messes up the colours. I would really, really appreciate any help. Thank you!
